arrr!!! my arm muscle hurts!!! X{ !!! i guess i didnt do cool down exercise after training from gym... today i woke then i could not stretch my arms up, it feels like my muscle is pulling apart... i guess tomorrow i cant play badminton during PE~~ sian ar today, i keep studying but i just cant seemed to absorb what i study... the wrost thing about this is tht i cannot find my chemistry(tmr's test) tys, i guess i gonna die in tmr's test.... just hope some miracle would happen to the chem paper and let the paper to be easy... Just hope ba... -out-
