just watched the first episode of the 1 litre of tears, its a japanese show tht will sure let your hearts cry out after the last episode... cry till 1 litre... the first part of the series is ald very sad... there is a super cute girl, who is very clever and sporty, but then she contracted with a disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration Disease, in which the nerve cells of areas necessary for the human body to move and balance–including the cerebellum, brain stem, and spinal cord–transform and eventually disappear.its a disease which cause the person not able to move properly, no able to talk.
this show is actually based on a true story, whom the girls had this disease and kept writing diary of her everyday life. this diary was published after her death. her diary is also called "1 litre of Tears" its really a sad story...
